Her Knowing

Herbology
Some believe the plants call to us. I have felt a deep connection to the natural world for as long as I can remember, but it wasn’t until my own healing journey that I truly learned to listen and trust the wisdom of my body.

During my concussion recovery, I began working with herbs and experienced firsthand the gentle yet powerful support of plant medicine. Through this relationship, I felt deeply empowered—held, guided, and restored. As my vitality and life force returned, so did a clear inner knowing: this path was one I was meant to explore more fully.

Herbalism weaves seamlessly into the work I already offer through reflexology, energy healing, and holistic body treatments, modalities that honour the body’s innate intelligence. Plant medicine carries this same philosophy, supporting healing through relationship, balance, and trust in the body’s natural rhythms.
I feel called to bring herbalism into my offerings because it fosters a sense of safety, connection, and remembrance, inviting us back into relationship with ourselves, the earth, and something greater than ourselves.

I am currently studying Practical Herbalism through Wild Rose College, a respected Canadian herbal school rooted in both scientific understanding and ancestral plant wisdom. I expect to complete my Practical Herbalism Program by early 2026, with continued studies to follow.
