My name is Natalie ~ the heart behind Her Knowing. I'm based in the Bow Valley and offer holistic healing modalities that support mind, body, soul connection and whole body health through a unique and transformative experience. If you're curious about deepening your relationship with life through greater embodiment and connection, you're in the right place. This work is supported by the land around us and the quiet knowingness it invites.
Everything offered is rooted in the knowing that the body holds deep intelligence and speaks when we slow down enough to listen. Through Energy Healing, the Akashic Records, Reflexology, Quantum Facials, you are invited into deep softening, regulation, and alignment ~ held within grounded and nurturing experiences that reconnect you with your innate wisdom.
This is a journey of embodiment, self-trust, awareness and love ~ guided by nature, presence and your own becoming. I'm honoured to hold space for you here in the Bow Valley and beyond.

Holistic Healer & Space Holder
I'm Natalie, a space-holder, healer, and guide devoted to creating a safe, nurturing space for slowing down, listening deeply, and returning to yourself. My work is guided by intuition, intuitive touch, and honouring the body's natural rhythm and season.
Her Knowing was born through my own journey of becoming ~ an initiation into healing that shaped the work I offer today. Guided by a deep knowing and divine timing, this path awakened a deeper trust in the innate power and wisdom we all carry within.
I am a Registered Reflexologist (RCRT), Reiki Master, Dien Chan Facial Reflexology Practitioner, Akashic Record Practitioner, a dedicated member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC), and a Practical Herbalism student with (Wild Rose College). As a healer, guide, and mentor, I hold intentional space for healing, acceptance and presence ~ empowering you to trust your inner guidance, and honour the natural rhythm and unfolding of your life.
