My
Story

My name comes from the Latin word natalis, meaning birth, new beginnings, and life. This feels deeply true, as my journey has unfolded as a continual cycle of birth, death, and rebirth, an initiation that has shaped who I am and how I walk through the world. I feel that my soul came here for expansion, to experience life fully and to remember what is possible when we live in alignment with our truth.

My journey into this work began through my own awakening and healing. Life became my greatest teacher, humbling me and guiding me back to myself through experiences that asked me to slow down, listen, and soften. Through my own healing, I came to understand that true healing is rooted in love. It is not about fixing or forcing change, because we are not broken, but about creating the safety to reconnect with the wisdom that already lives within. This lived experience is what allows me to hold space with love, empowering you to trust your body, your inner guidance, and your own knowing. This is the foundation of my work and the heart of Her Knowing.

The path began long before I had language for it, drawn to the unseen and energetic layers of life. However, like so many healers initiated onto their path, it was my body’s breakdown in my twenties, marked by concussions, chronic inflammation, and burnout, that truly initiated me into this work. What initially felt like a collapse was in fact a rebirth. The final concussion guided me out of hospitality and into the quiet healing presence of the mountains, where I spent my recovery resting among the trees. During this time, Banff became a sacred portal for my healing, teaching me to listen deeply to the land and to trust the intelligence of my own body rather than forcing it to compensate. This period of profound nervous system restoration anchored me in the truth that healing is rooted in love and that our bodies hold an innate wisdom waiting to be heard.

Today, I weave this lived experience with professional training as a Registered Reflexologist, Reiki Master, and student of Herbalism at Wild Rose College, bridging modern understanding with ancestral plant wisdom. Since opening my practice in Banff National Park during the uncertainty of 2020, my work has expanded to include Akashic Record readings, facial reflexology, and intimate women’s moon circles, all created to support you in trusting your own knowing. My work is grounded in the belief that nature is our greatest teacher, reminding us that softness is power and that everything unfolds in its own right rhythm.

When I am not holding space in the studio, you can find me cooking nourishing meals, practicing yoga, spending time with loved ones, and exploring nature and new places, all of which fills my soul ~ I am a Sagittarius after all!
